1st Anniversary of OpusDNS. Looking back at what we have built together with our partners over the past twelve months, we genuinely feel proud.
We launched in October 2025 with a clear vision. One year later OpusDNS is a global domain infrastructure trusted by more than 600 partners. We now manage over 500,000 domains, connect to more than 600 TLDs, and have processed billions of DNS queries. Even more important to us, however, is what lies behind these numbers: partners who entrust us with their business-critical infrastructure, an international team setting new standards every day, and a continuous, active exchange with our community.
From day one, our ambition was bigger than building another registrar. We set out to create the infrastructure that lets resellers, hosters, and platforms run, automate, and scale their domain business end-to-end. Twelve months in, the foundation is in place and we are just getting started.

Whitelabeling & Whitelabeling Plus
Our infrastructure, your brand. With our whitelabeling capabilities, OpusDNS can be fully customized to match your corporate identity, from logos and color schemes to all email templates. With Whitelabeling Plus, the dashboard also runs under the partner's custom domain. This allows you to offer your clients a state-of-the-art domain infrastructure while keeping your own brand front and center.
OpusDNS MCP Server (Model Context Protocol)
With our MCP Server, we bring domain infrastructure directly into modern developer and AI environments. Developers can query and manage portfolios natively from tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or VS Code. Complex bulk actions and real-time analyses run via our high-performance jobs engine, protected by the exact same server-side security and verification mechanisms as our core platform. For us, this is the logical next step: domain infrastructure should be accessible right where developers work.
Enterprise-Grade Domain & Email Forwarding
Even seemingly simple tasks can become unnecessarily complicated in daily operations. Our Domain Forwards take over complete HTTPS routing, including automated TLS 1.3 certification, without requiring you to run your own web servers or certificate renewal processes. In parallel, our Email Forwards cleanly separate domain identity from mailbox hosting. Aliases reliably forward messages in under five seconds, while real-time logs ensure total transparency: set it up and let it run.
Rethinking Domain Parking via RSOC
With our new Domain Parking, we connect modern infrastructure directly with monetization. Dynamic, AI-generated microsites and RSOC feeds open up new ways to turn idle domain portfolios into profitable assets. At the same time, SEO-compliant 302 redirects preserve long-term domain reputation in search engines, turning passive inventory into an active source of added value.
Fully Automated WHMCS & hostware Integration
Our partners should not have to adapt their established processes to OpusDNS; OpusDNS should integrate seamlessly into their workflows. That is why we bring our platform directly into the tools our partners use every day through specialized plugins. Our WHMCS plugin automates registrations, transfers, zone management, DNSSEC, TLD price synchronization, and domain suggestions. The integration co-developed with hostware GmbH also enables automated workflows directly within the hostware Business Suite. Both solutions embody the same approach: OpusDNS operates invisibly in the background while our partners stay in their familiar environments.
Elimination of Platform Fees
One of our most important decisions this past year had nothing to do with code. At a time when hidden surcharges and monthly fixed fees are becoming the industry norm, we eliminated our monthly platform fee entirely and credited existing customers for the fees they had already paid. Our reasoning is simple: access to modern developer infrastructure shouldn't be held back by artificial barriers or recurring base fees.
Our New Dashboard - Your Whole Portfolio at a Glance
We've updated the main overview page of our dashboard. Right after logging in, you'll find expanded live stats, clear charts on how your portfolio is developing, key domain activity, and your TLD metrics. Every core metric is right in front of you, making it even easier to manage your portfolio efficiently.
Building the Ecosystem: Acquisitions and Partnerships
For us, a first-class domain infrastructure consists of more than just clean technology and robust APIs. Above all, it’s about creating real business opportunities for our partners.
A key milestone was the acquisition of fruits.co in May 2026. Together, we combine modern domain management with a marketplace and monetization features, and the fruits team brings years of industry expertise directly into our ongoing product development. Innovative companies such as Articulation also rely on OpusDNS as the technological foundation to scale their own product offerings.
Meeting in person matters just as much to us. Whether at NamesCon, ICANN, DomainPulse, Domain Days, or inside our own OpusDNS Arena at CloudFest: we value meeting our partners in person, because the best ideas still emerge from face-to-face conversations.
Culture & Team: Scaling on a Human Level
Beside all the metrics, APIs, and product releases, there is something we are at least as proud of: our team. OpusDNS hasn't just grown technically this year, it has grown as a team. We have welcomed exceptional people, from experienced backend engineers and compliance experts to rising talent.
As a remote-first company, we work across several countries and continents. We mostly see each other through screens, the moments we come together in person are all the more valuable. In the end of the day, great infrastructure isn’t built by good code alone. It’s built by the people who take ownership, try bold ideas, and enjoy building the future together.
