This website contains binding policies, key registration conditions and data protection provisions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Terms”) issued by external authorities (e.g. ICANN or the respective registry) for varoius Top-Level Domain (hereinafter referred to as “TLD(s)”), which apply to the registration, management, renewal and transfer of the respective TLD.
These Terms supplement the general Terms and Conditions of OpusDNS GmbH and, in accordance with Section 3.1 und 3.2 thereof, constitute an integral part of every domain registration agreement concluded with OpusDNS GmbH. By accepting our general T&C, the customer also agrees to the Terms published here. Furthermore, the customer undertakes to make these Terms fully accessible to their (end) customers prior to any registration, renewal, or transfer, and to ensure compliance.
Legal Notice
OpusDNS GmbH has no control over the content, modification, or validity of these external Terms published by ICANN or the respective registries.
Any content made available via external links is provided solely for informational purposes and transparency for customers and resellers. OpusDNS GmbH assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of such external content and makes no representations or warranties in this regard. Linking to an external website does not imply that OpusDNS GmbH endorses or assumes responsibility for the linked external content. The responsibility for such content of linked websites lies exclusively with their respective individual operators.
At the time of initial linking, the external content was checked for any obvious legal offenses, none of which were identified. However, continuous monitoring of linked external content is not reasonable without specific indications of legal offense. If you become aware of any legal offenses on linked external websites, we kindly ask you to notify us. Upon receiving such notice, the respective link will be removed without delay.
The applicable Terms, as published by ICANN or the relevant registry, are binding in their most current version for all customers and resellers. They enter into force upon official publication by ICANN or the respective registry, without the need for separate notification by OpusDNS GmbH.
