Today, we have an important announcement to make: we are eliminating our monthly platform fee with immediate effect. This change applies to all plans and requires no action on our customers' part.
While the market is currently shaped by new platform fees, minimum revenue requirements, and hidden costs, we are deliberately taking the opposite approach. We believe a modern registrar platform should be sustained by satisfied partners, not by artificial barriers.
Retroactive credit for existing customers
What this means concretely: all platform fees charged since January 1, 2026 will automatically be credited to the respective account. The credit will appear in the dashboard within the next few days and no action is required on the customer's end.
