  • Lead projects from requirements definition through successful deployment, including schedule planning, scope definition, budget estimation, implementation planning and risk management.
  • Create, maintain and continuously update project plans to achieve defined objectives in alignment with quarterly OKRs.
  • Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
  • Continuously monitor project progress and, where required, adjust scope, schedules or budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant client-side stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for project status, changes and coordination.
  • Establish, apply and further develop processes for effective scope management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including quality, performance and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with the COO and the Engineering Lead on resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Regularly report on project progress, outcomes and risks to relevant management bodies and escalate issues in line with defined project procedures.

  • Developing and reviewing business requirements in the interest of OpusDNS resellers.
  • Analysing, optimising and further developing existing business processes in close coordination with the COO and the Engineering Lead.
  • Collaborating with team members across our internationally distributed organisation to optimise workflows and processes.
  • Planning and leading process reviews and initiatives for continuous process improvement.
  • Building and further developing a migration team, including processes and technologies (e.g. AI-supported approaches) to streamline domain migrations.
