• Lead projects from requirements definition through successful deployment, including schedule planning, scope definition, budget estimation, implementation planning and risk management.
• Create, maintain and continuously update project plans to achieve defined objectives in alignment with quarterly OKRs.
• Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Continuously monitor project progress and, where required, adjust scope, schedules or budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant client-side stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for project status, changes and coordination.
• Establish, apply and further develop processes for effective scope management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including quality, performance and risk assessments.
• Work closely with the COO and the Engineering Lead on resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Regularly report on project progress, outcomes and risks to relevant management bodies and escalate issues in line with defined project procedures.

• Developing and reviewing business requirements in the interest of OpusDNS resellers.
• Analysing, optimising and further developing existing business processes in close coordination with the COO and the Engineering Lead.
• Collaborating with team members across our internationally distributed organisation to optimise workflows and processes.
• Planning and leading process reviews and initiatives for continuous process improvement.
• Building and further developing a migration team, including processes and technologies (e.g. AI-supported approaches) to streamline domain migrations.

• Develop, maintain and optimize our backend systems for managing domain registrations, DNS services and additional domain-related functionalities.
• Implement, maintain and further develop APIs, including the integration of external interfaces (e.g. registry systems based on EPP).
• Contribute to ensuring the scalability, reliability and security of our systems.
• Collaborate closely with the front-end team to deliver a consistent, high-quality and user-friendly experience.
• Participate in architectural decisions and support the continuous improvement of the existing code base.
• Analyze technical issues and implement robust solutions to ensure high system availability.

• Provide competent and friendly support to our national and international customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to domain registration, domain management and additional products and services.
• Independently handle and resolve customer requests, including technical issues, in line with your onboarding and qualification level.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as engineering, sales, accounting and development to resolve complex customer queries efficiently.
• Advise customers on our products and services to identify the best possible solutions for their needs.
• Maintain and update customer and case data within our CRM system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
