Role Responsibilities

  • Competent and friendly support for our national and international customers provided by telephone, e-mail and chat.
  • Support for all questions relating to domain registration, domain administration and other offered services.
  • Independent processing and resolution of customer inquiries and problems, including technical issues.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, sales, accounting and development to resolve complex customer queries efficiently.
  • Provide advice on our products and services in order to find the best solutions for our customers.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate in the continuous optimization of our service processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Completed training in the commercial sector, IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Customer focus is your top priority – you help with commitment and empathy to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
  • First professional experience in customer service, ideally in the IT or domain industry.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and have a strong sense of service.
  • Technical understanding and interest in the domain industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner of expression in German and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Reliable: proven ability to work in a team and a structured way of working.
  • Experience in working with CRM systems and common Office applications.
