Role Responsibilities

  • Provide competent and friendly support to our national and international customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to domain registration, domain management and additional products and services.
  • Independently handle and resolve customer requests, including technical issues, in line with your onboarding and qualification level.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as engineering, sales, accounting and development to resolve complex customer queries efficiently.
  • Advise customers on our products and services to identify the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Maintain and update customer and case data within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Completed training in a commercial or IT-related field or a comparable qualification.
  • Customer focus is your top priority - you help with commitment and empathy to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Initial professional experience in customer service, ideally within the IT, hosting or domain industry; motivated career changers are also welcome.
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in digital products, particularly in the domain and internet services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Structured, reliable working style and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and common office applications is an advantage.
