The following overview refers, for each individual TLD, to the applicable registration conditions (e.g. registry policies) and data protection provisions as issued by the respective registry. This overview is updated on a regular basis.
The current versions of the registration conditions, policies and data protection provisions of the respective registry, as applicable at the time of registration or renewal of a domain name and as amended from time to time, shall be binding upon all domain holders (“registrants”), customers and resellers of OpusDNS GmbH. These provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into the contractual relationship. In the event of any conflict between the registration conditions and the Terms and Conditions of OpusDNS GmbH, the respective registration conditions shall prevail.
For certain top-level domains, additional requirements, restrictions or verification obligations imposed by the respective registry may apply as a prerequisite for the registration or renewal of a domain name.
