The following overview refers, for each individual TLD, to the applicable registration conditions and data protection provisions as issued by the respective registry. This overview is updated on a regular basis.
The currently applicable versions of the registration conditions, policies and data protection provisions of the respective registry applicable at the time of registration or renewal of a domain name shall always be binding to all domain holders (“registrants”), customers and resellers of OpusDNS GmbH.
For certain top-level domains, additional requirements, restrictions or verification obligations imposed by the respective registry may apply as a prerequisite for the registration or renewal of a domain name.
